General Information: Stitched using 2 threads of floss over 2 threads of fabric. A total of 7 colors (9 skeins) of The Caron Collection Waterlilies 12-ply silk floss, 3 colors of Mill Hill Beads, and 3 colors of Sullivans floss were used in the model.
NOTE: Sullivans/DMC/and Anchor comparable colors have been provided to make stitching this design more affordable. However, it is very important to keep in mind that Waterlilies silk floss are variegated in color, some more than others. Although color comparables are provided in other floss lines (Sullivans/DMC/and Anchor), these are “best match” alternatives and will result in a different look if stitched in another floss line.
Fabric: Stitched on 28ct Opalescent White Lugana by Wichelt Imports.
Stitch Area: 200w X 190h
Stitch Count: 196w X 186h
Design Area: 14” X 13-1/4”. Purchasing a fat quarter will work sufficiently but will only allow 2” of selvage on the right and left sides. The model was stitched using a fat quarter and there was plenty of selvage for framing.
